1. Use of this website

2. Our services

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal, quotation or agreement shared with you before work begins. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes priority.

3. No guaranteed results

Search engine rankings, AI search mentions, media coverage, Wikipedia approval and influencer performance depend on third parties we do not control. We commit to professional, guideline-compliant work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, placements or revenue.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any access needed to deliver the services, such as website, analytics or CMS access. Delays in approvals or access may affect timelines.

5. Payments

Fees are payable as stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly retainers are billed in advance, and work may be paused if payments are overdue. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation

Either party may end a monthly engagement by giving the notice period stated in the agreement. Fees for work completed or committed to third parties before cancellation remain payable.

7. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you, such as articles and reports, transfers to you. We retain ownership of our own tools, templates, processes and know-how. The content of this website belongs to CasaScale and may not be copied without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, unless you give permission or disclosure is required by law.

9. Third-party platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, AI platforms, publishers, newswires, social networks and automation tools. Their terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for changes they make or for their availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CasaScale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date.
